Little Lullaby Warehouses is leading the way in quick, affordable shipping.

All orders placed before 12pm Pacific Standard Time will be picked, packed, and shipped that same day in one of our 4 Warehouses in the USA: California, Florida, New York, and Washington. 

All USA orders receive FREE ground shipping and will be delivered in 2-14 Business Days, depending on your shipping location and popularity of product. 

We offer an industry leading 30-day return policy on all items! Love it or your money back! Plus enjoy FREE returns as well! We currently ship everywhere in the US and the rest of the World. How cool is that? International orders will take approximately 7-21 days.

If anything we’ve sent you isn’t to your satisfaction, we’ll take the item back if it meets the following conditions:

Unused and in new condition* Returned within 30 days of purchase on retail items Only, since the day of purchase. If consumable, it hasn't yet expired

If a product is broken or defective we will replace it or offer you a full refund at no charge.

**To be considered unused products must be returned in original packaging without any missing tags or stickers. A $14.95 restocking fee may apply.


You can track your order status in real time by entering your order information on the Track Order page on our home page. 

After an order has been placed, it is promptly sent to one of our 4 fulfillment centers where we will ship your item(s) within 24-48 Hours out to you, and then you will receive a tracking email once your order hits the road.

Orders typical take between 2  to 7 business days for delivery depending on your location and the popularity of the Item.

 Please note that tracking may take up to 2-5 business days to go live on the USPS or DHL websites! If you do not see any tracking after this time frame, please email us at Support@littlelullabyshop.comy or chat with one of our baby ruvin' experts at Team Little Lullaby

Once you notify us that you would like a return, we will email you within 2-4 business days a free return shipping label.

Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email at the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.

After we have issued the refund, it will take up to 3-7 business days for the funds to be placed back on your credit card, Amazon or PayPal account.

Every once in a crying' moon, an order can be shipped separately if one of the items is back-ordered or shipping from a different warehouse.

Not to worry though, they typically arrive separately within a few days of each other! If you do not receive the remainder of your order within 2-5 business days.

"Unfulfilled" just means that we successfully received your order request! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number and your order status will change to "Fulfilled."


If you're still receiving an error message after reviewing your credit card information, billing and shipping address, make sure you're using the latest version of your web browser.

Please only click the “Place Order” button once to avoid multiple authorizations.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately (Within 24 Hours). We generally process orders within 1-3 hours, and once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add support@littlelullabyshop.com to your safe sender list.
